Woodrow Commercial Society, 2011 My Bani, Andheri West, Veera Desai Mai Status is another commercial society set up by a builder without OC or BMC water connection. The builder has given that every buyer will get OC and water connection of the tongue after making full payment. Late Mr. Yusuf Lakdawala reserved my 5th floor of Woodrow Commercial Society to build a hotel, but due to not getting approval of the plan, that 5th floor is still in ruins. Because of that, in the rainy season, the people of the PR office there have to face a lot of problems.
Due to this false promise, the buyers made full payment to the suburban builder, and that builder would abscond with the buyers' money.
Parvez Siddiqui, a buyer from Unmai, sided and helped to rebuild the Woodrow Commercial Society. By decorating the Puri building with plants, Parvez Siddiqui spent his time and dice in decorating the building.
