Actress Karishma Wable was sent to London by Maharashtra Tourism Authority to present lavani Dance and cultural art of Maharashtra at the Partan Sohla recently held in London . To promote Maharashtra tourism, the Tourism Department participated in the event.
Tourism Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Secretary Saurabh Vijay, Director Tourism Dr. Bhagwantrao Patil, MTDC Director Shraddha Joshi, Joint Director Dr. Dhananjay Sawalkar attended the event and actor Santosh Mijgar was present to plan the flow of the event.
Karishma Wable performed Lavni, Gongal and other traditional folk arts at the event . The Maharashtra Tourism Directorate's stall became the center of attraction throughout the event . People from London and India loved the performance .
